Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Procurement Service of the Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) remains committed to provide smart procurement solutions.

As we usher in the “new normal,” the PS-DBM has begun implementing changes in our services-rendition and policies to guarantee that all transactions—involving both our client-agencies and partner merchants—are well-accommodated while making sure that the virus is contained.

The use of the digital space and platforms has never been this relevant. All industries, including the government sector, have adapted practices to limit personal and physical transactions.

For PS-DBM’s clientele, the utilization of the Virtual Store (VS) is a must.

For instance, the Agency Procurement Request (APR) should now be submitted via VS. Manual submissions, therefore, will not be entertained. The same goes with the submission of the 2021 Annual Procurement Plan – Common-use Supplies and Equipment (APP-CSE), the strict deadline of which is on 15 December 2020.

Now more than ever is the right time to switch to VS. It’s fast, real-time, accessible, and convenient. Experience the ease of procurement and be able to procure from your fingertips, anytime and anywhere!

In relation, all purchases made through the VS should be picked-up within seven (7) days upon receipt of the Order Confirmation Number. The delivery option by PS remains suspended. Unclaimed orders beyond the prescribed pick-up period will be cancelled.

The PS-DBM has also put measures in place for transactions that require personal visit to our Main Office in Paco, Manila. On 17 August 2020, the Online Appointment Portal (OAP) has officially been launched to limit the number of walk-in people per day in accordance with the social distancing protocols.

Please be reminded that only those with confirmed appointment slot will be accommodated. To book a schedule, click here.

Aside from these virtual executions, here are other Protocols for your Safety for strict compliance:

The PS-DBM, as a government agency, is one with the Filipino nation and the global community in putting an end to the pandemic by enforcing quarantine guidelines amid its operational continuity.

Thank you for your cooperation.
