The government has recently signed up Philippines AirAsia[M1] as the third travel provider under the Government Fares Agreement.  The travel portal for AirAsia is now available at www.ps-philgeps.gov.ph (click the Procurement Service logo; choose the "What We Sell" tab and click "Airline Tickets")

AirAsia is third travel partner of PS-PhilGEPS under the GFA. The MOA was initially signed by Philippine Airlines (PAL)[M2] on 26 April 2016 then followed by Cebu Pacific (CEB) [M3] on 28 November 2016.

As of writing, there are 157 government agencies registered under the GFA.

Government agencies currently enrolled in the GFA may now submit their initial deposit for use of the AirAsia travel portal.  Together with the Agency Procurement Request (APR) Form for GFA that can be downloaded through the Downloads page of the PS-PhilGEPS website (www.ps-philgeps.gov.ph), agencies must submit their payments to the Marketing and Sales Division (MSD) of the PS-PhilGEPS located in Paco, Manila.

For agencies that are not yet registered in the GFA, required documents must be submitted to the MSD such as four (4) copies of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for Airline Travel (see Downloads page on PS-PhilGEPS website) and a photocopy of a government-issued ID of the head of the agency. Once notarized by the PS-PhilGEPS, agency may submit payment for the travel fund accompanied by an APR.
