Ms. Elisa May Arboleda-Cuevas is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University with a Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She is a recipient of an Australian Leadership Awards’ fellowship and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Management.
Her professional experience is highly diverse having led various multi-cultural teams in the Philippines, Asia-Pacific and Europe from both local and multinational organizations such as Nestle, Coca-Cola Bottlers and Export Corporation, DHL Express Philippines, and Asia Pacific & Global.
Her expertise includes Information Communications Technology, Data Processing, Commercial Operations and Integrated Marketing Communications.
Prior her appointment as the Executive Director for the Procurement Service – PhilGEPS, she was a Strategic Planning Consultant and was later on appointed as the Executive Director IV at the National Privacy Commission where she focused on the development, implementation and management of quality governance, characterized by citizen-focused and well-performing government office in the assignment of task.
