The Retail Store is intended for the small or emergency purchases by all buying agencies. Hence, agencies are advised not to submit numerous/multiple Agency Procurement Requests (APRs) that will result in us exclusively attending to a few clients rather than being able to efficiently serve all who utilize the Retail Store.

For efficiency in procurement and for requirements in excess of retail quantities, agencies must consolidate their procurement and have it processed as Big Box purchases that can be delivered by the PS-PhilGEPS in 3-5 working days. Same day pick-up of bulk requirements is also being processed at the Sales Division Counter/PS Main Warehouse.

All government agencies are also advised to prepare their APRs at their respective offices to expedite the process of ordering in the PS-PhilGEPS. The APR forms may be downloaded from the website - (http://www.procurementservice.gov.ph/home/index.php/downloads).

The kiosks provided at the PS-PhilGEPS office located in Paco, Manila are for government agencies that do not have their own computers at their offices to prepare APRs or those who have erroneously utilized old APR forms.
