#WalangPasok: Per Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 82, work at the Procurement Service and PhilGEPS offices in Manila is suspended effective 3PM today, November 11 until tomorrow, November 12.
The suspension is in view of the inclement weather brought about by Typhoon Ulysses affecting the National Capital Region.
