The Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) informs the public that the processing time for the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) Platinum Membership applications is now extended from the previous duration of three (3) business days to seven (7) business days, after being classified as a complex transaction under the PS-DBM’s Citizen Charter 2024.

This adjustment is being made to ensure that each PhilGEPS Platinum Membership application undergoes thorough review and careful verification of information entered by the merchants (i.e. Issuance Dates, Expiration Dates, Signatory, Amounts, and other details) vis-a-vis the requirements or documents they attached and uploaded. The merchants that accurately comply with the requirements shall be approved and granted the Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration for Platinum Membership.

Please rest assured that we are actively processing any backlogs to ensure a smooth and efficient handling of all PhilGEPS Platinum Membership applications moving forward.

While we strive to process all applications as efficiently as possible, the PS-DBM also reminds the public to not deal with fixers or individuals and/or entities who offer to facilitate transactions with the PhilGEPS illegally for a fee. Please be advised that the registration for Platinum Certificate fee is Php5,030.00 only (inclusive of Php30.00 for Documentary Stamp Tax).
