To prevent the reversion of appropriations for Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) and Capital Outlay (CO) from the Fiscal Year 2024 General Appropriations Act (Republic Act No. 11975) to the National Treasury, client-agencies may utilize the funds to purchase common-use supplies and equipment (CSE) from the Procurement Service-DBM (PS- DBM) through its Virtual Store.
Please note, however, that the funds must be obligated no later than December 31, 2025; otherwise, they shall lapse.
