NOTICE: The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) is pleased to inform its client-agencies that airline tickets will officially be relaunched as Common-Use Supplies and Equipment (CSE) via the eMarketplace soon—with the Philippine Airlines, Inc. (PAL) as the first to be onboarded onto the platform.
The eMarketplace is among the latest features of the PS-DBM modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), the use of which is required by the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), geared towards a more streamlined, transparent, and efficient public procurement.
