NOTICE OF VACANCY

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Interested applicants who wish to apply for hiring are required to submit the following documents to the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD):

• Application letter (indicating the position and place of assignment where the vacancy exists);

• Resume (with character reference);

• Qualification Assessment Report Form (please see attached);

• Notarized Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) -2017 revised form with recent passport size (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) picture with complete and handwritten name tag and signature over printed name. (please see attached)

   Please see Guide to Filling out the PDS for reference;

• Work Experience Sheet signed by immediate supervisor/authorized signatory (please see attached sample);

• Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR);

• Authenticated Copy of Certificate of Eligibility/ PRC License;;

• IPCR (Last rating period)- if previously or currently employed in a government agency;

• Copy of Employment Certificates with actual duties and responsibilities;

• Copy of Training Certificates; and

• Background Investigation Waiver (please see attached)

2. Applicants for promotion are required to submit the hard copy of the following:

• Application letter (indicating the position and place of assignment where the vacancy exists);

• Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) -2017 revised form with recent passport size (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) picture with complete and handwritten name tag and signature over printed name. 

• Work Experience Sheet signed by immediate supervisor/authorized signatory;

• Copy of Employment Certificates with actual duties and responsibilities from previous employers (if applicable);and

• Qualification Assessment Report Form (please see attached)

3. Applicants must submit one (1) set of documents for every position being applied for.

4. Application for multiple positions is allowed provided that the applicant complies with the required qualification standards and should specifically identify the intended positions.

5. As part of the review process, the PS-HRMPSB will be examining the current scope and complexity of the candidate’s job duties and responsibilities, as well as other pertinent records. Further, the Committee may request for additional information as maybe deemed necessary.

6. Candidates may be subjected to further screening either through written examination or panel interview. Please make the necessary preparation.

7. All submissions are due on August 23, 2019.
