Pursuant to Section 3.3.2 of the National Budget Circular No. 587, which states: “Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) and Capital Outlays (CO) is valid until December 31, 2023,” the 2022 unutilized IATF may be used to purchase Common-Use Supplies and Equipment (CSE) items from the PS-DBM Virtual Store until December 15, 2023 to give way for PS-DBM’s Year-End Inventory activities.
Should the requested items be out of stock, client-agencies may request for a refund and generate a Certificate of Non-Availability of Stocks (CNAS) through the PS-DBM website to procure from other sources.
