Pursuant to Section 2 of the Executive Order (E.O.) No. 91 and Section 28, Chapter 4, Book VI of E.O. No. 292, PS-DBM calls on all client-agencies to coordinate with our Comptroller Division (CD) for the immediate reconciliation of IATF balances not later than December 15, 2023. Failure to comply with the reconciliation may result in the reversion of IATF to the National Treasury as mandated by the relevant executive orders.
