In view of its strict implementation of bank-to-bank mode of payment, the PS-DBM will no longer issue commercial checks as payment to suppliers beginning 10 October 2022.
During the period of transition, all suppliers are requested to provide PS-DBM with necessary bank account details.
Prescribed charges by the Land Bank of the Philippines, as seen in the table below, shall be shouldered by the suppliers.
