The Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) receives a Certificate of Recognition from the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) during the 25th Founding Anniversary of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Coast Guard for Logistics held on May 9, 2023 at the Port Area Manila.

Tasked to operate a centralized procurement of Common-use Supplies and Equipment (CSE) for its client government agencies including PCG, PS-DBM was awarded in recognition of its support for the execution of PCG’s programs and services — cementing the strengthened partnership between the two organizations.

PCG Commandant CG Admiral Artemio M. Abu, together with PCG Deputy Commandant for Operations CG VADM Rolando Lizor Punzalan, Jr. and Deputy Chief of Coast Guard Staff for Logistics, CG-4, CG COMMO Geoffrey Espaldon, handed the award over to Atty. Philip Josef Vera Cruz, PS-DBM Director for Operations Group.

PS-DBM is relentless in delivering its mandate to procure, procure, procure for the clientele and all its stakeholders.

Thank you, Philippine Coast Guard!
