Please be informed that the PS-PhilGEPS Website (https://ps-philgeps.gov.ph), Virtual Store (VS), and Online Appointment Portal (OAP) are temporarily unavailable. The PS-DBM will issue an announcement as soon as the PS-DBM online systems are up and running.
In the meantime, agencies may access the PhilGEPS website (https://philgeps.gov.ph) to use VS. Agencies are further advised to manage their Government Fares Agreement (GFA) bookings directly through the Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific online portals.
Agencies may also visit the PS-DBM Main Office in Paco, Manila to facilitate manual processing. Our office is open from Monday to Thursday at 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
