Medium-term Information & Communications Technology Harmonization Initiative (MITHI) is an e-government project of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and Department of Science and Technology-Information and Communications Technology Office (DOST-ICTO) that aims to harmonize and ensure inter-operability among ICT-related resources, programs and projects across the whole of government. PS-PhilGEPS aggregated the ICT hardware requirements of government and procured these through competitive public bidding.
We are pleased to announce that the Desktop and Laptop Computers under Project MITHI are NOW AVAILABLE. These items are pre-installed with Windows 10 (64-bit) Operating System.
Microsoft (MS) Productivity Tools such as MS Office may be purchased as Commonly-use Supplies and Equipment (CSE) at PS-PhilGEPS. For Project MITHI, Microsoft has extended a discounted offer for Office Standard Licenses and Office 365 Pro Plus valid until May 31, 2016.
