All client-agencies of the Procurement Service-DBM (PS-DBM) that have not received corresponding Official Receipt from PS-DBM are notified of the requirement to submit APR or ADA/deposit slip for their deposits to PS-DBM’s LBP account no later than June 28, 2024. If deposits remain unclaimed or unidentified beyond the deadline, they shall be remitted to Bureau of Treasury
All government agencies are advised to submit their Annual Procurement Plan for Common-use Supplies and Equipment (APP-CSE) 2025 Form on or before 31 July 2024.

By invitation from the Republic of Korea’s (RoK) Public Procurement Service (PPS), the Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) joined DBM Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman in a bilateral meeting with PPS on May 28, 2024 at the Manila Hotel to discuss its Innovation Procurement Policy. This forms part of the cooperation efforts among the three parties pursuant to their signing of tripartite Memorandum of Understanding in 2023.

Please be informed that the CSE items ordered via the Procurement Service-DBM Virtual Store shall be claimed within three (3) working days for client-agencies within Metro Manila and seven (7) working days for agencies outside Metro Manila, upon issuance of the OD confirmation number.
