As the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) gears up for the implementation of its Electronic Marketplace, or eMarketplace, with motor vehicles (MV) as among the pilot products to be offered, PS-DBM invites MV manufacturers and exclusive distributors to take part in the upcoming launching of the platform.

Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman expressed her gratitude to the Procurement Service-DBM (PS-DBM) for making significant contributions to the passage of the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), ushering in the establishment of the government’s official e-commerce platform known as the Electronic Marketplace, or eMarketplace.
PS-DBM wishes to reiterate that the submission of APP-CSE 2025 Form is exclusively through the Modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (mPhilGEPS) ; while the APP-CSE 2025 Form - Other Items is through this Google Form.
The PS-DBM on Wheels is excited to hit the road again on the way to the City of Dagupan this October — bringing the services and products of the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) closer to our stakeholders.
