Work in the Procurement Service-DBM, including PhilGEPS and its regional depots, will be adopting a work from home arrangement on April 16, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon. During this period, a skeletal workforce will be maintained at the Main Office in Paco, Manila to ensure operational continuity of essential services involving units such as Records Division and Warehouse Management Section.
With the eMarketplace now operational, presently offering motor vehicles only, the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) calls on software/licenses and cloud computing services merchants to get on board with us by offering such products as common-use supplies and equipment (CSE) in the government's official e-commerce platform.

In support of its preparation for the procurement of various goods and services, the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM), by invitation from the Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA), reintroduced its mandate among procurement officers of DFA-OCA as the government’s central purchasing arm for common-use supplies and equipment (CSE)—the enforcement of which is anchored on the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).

In support of the Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Animal Industries’ (BAI) digitalization efforts, the Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM), by invitation, conducted a training on the use of modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) among the procurement practitioners of BAI held in Clark, Pampanga, April 2025.

The Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) turned over 14 units of motor vehicles to various client-agencies in the first quarter of 2025, marking the success of the pilot implementation of eMarketplace, the official e-commerce platform of the Philippine Government.
