This has reference with the procurement of Ballistic Helmet, Body Armor and Pistol for the Department of National Defense (DND) being undertaken by the Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM).
To ensure that the procurement of this requirement will be successful, the DND and PS-DBM will hold engagement activity with the interested proponents to discuss the Specifications/Term of Reference (TOR), Delivery Schedule, Test Parameters and other matters concerned.
